Is it just schools at the residence? So no general public?

Whenever we have a large school group staying at the residence, they have complete exclusivity of the building and facilities. Smaller groups can also request exclusivity if they want to. Since we also run adult courses, if a school does not want sole occupancy, there might be other people staying in the residence.
