When is check in/check out for the Sparkville residence?

• Standard check in times are Sunday´s from 16.30h-23.30h. Check outs are normally done on Saturday mornings between 9.30 and 12.00, or, if you are leaving at a different time, we would find some time just before your departure to do your check out.

• However, if you have purchased a flexi night you may check out on Sunday morning at 10.30am.

• If you have purchased an additional night and are arriving on, say, the Saturday before your course starts, normally what you would have to do is let us know what time you will be arriving at and we would have someone on-call to let you in and do your check in.  In these cases it is very important to let us know your expected time of arrival early on so that we know more or less when you will be arriving. The reason for this is because Spark is not a hotel so we don’t have a 24hour reception.
